How does the 30-day free trial work?
The entire platform is unlocked immediately. Set up GoCardless on day one; we record the mandate but will not bill until the trial completes. Cancel in-app before day 30 to avoid charges.
What happens after the trial?
The base subscription is £15/month and includes one cleaner seat and one sales rep seat. Each additional cleaner or rep is £10/month and billed automatically.
Can I import existing customers and rounds?
Yes. Use the CSV importer inside the admin dashboard or email our team a spreadsheet exported from your previous tool. We can transform the data for you.
Is the scheduler limited to 4 weeks?
The interface displays a rolling 4-week cadence but stores recurring jobs indefinitely. Drag-and-drop updates automatically recalculate the next two cleans.
Do you offer on-site training?
Remote onboarding is included. On-site training days can be arranged for enterprise teams; contact us for pricing.
