Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Swash software, the quote calculator, subscriber billing tools, and associated field services provided by Swash Cleaning Ltd. By accessing any Swash property you agree to abide by the clauses below.
1. Company details
Swash Cleaning Ltd (Company No. 16765978) is registered in England & Wales. Registered Office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. Services covered
- Software: quote calculator, admin pipeline, 4-week scheduler, subscriber dashboards, and API integrations.
- Field services: domestic and commercial window cleaning, gutter care, and add-on maintenance performed by vetted teams.
- Support: onboarding, email help desk, remote troubleshooting, and proactive notifications.
3. Bookings, subscriptions, and cancellations
- Quotes remain valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change if property details differ from those supplied.
- Subscription fees (after the free trial) are billed monthly in arrears via GoCardless. Additional seats are charged automatically.
- Field service appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Payment terms
Direct Debit is the preferred method. Alternative arrangements (card/bank transfer) must be agreed in writing before service delivery. Overdue balances may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share login credentials or attempt to bypass authentication.
- Do not scrape customer data or automate actions outside documented APIs.
- Do not use Swash to send unsolicited messages or spam.
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations.
6. Liability
Swash Cleaning Ltd maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected month of service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Data protection
We act as data controller for direct customers and as data processor for subscriber-managed client lists. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods and subject-rights requests.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and admin in-app notices at least 14 days before enforcement.
